Dee is a 35 year resident of Arcadia Valley and lives outside of town on a small farm with her husband, son, grandson and her three dogs. She loves to spend her free time outdoors gardening, swimming and enjoying all the Mark Twain National Forest has to offer.

Jeremy is a lifelong resident of Iron County, growing up around the farming communities of Belleview and Arcadia Valley. He graduated from Arcadia Valley High School then continued his education with a bachelor’s degree in history from St. Louis University. After graduating college, Jeremy earned his real estate license and began selling real estate for United Country specializing in forestry land, farms, rural homes and Black River properties.
While living in Ironton and later Belleview, Jeremy enjoyed the outdoors and earned his Eagle Scout award with Boy Scout Troop 403. He is currently the Scoutmaster of the Troop located in Ironton. Hiking, camping, wilderness survival, fishing and orienteering are just a few of his interests, which come in handy in Iron, Reynolds, and Madison counties.
Jeremy has been a member of the National Association of Realtors for 14 years and a licensed insurance adjuster for the last nine years, the current president of the Iron County Historical Society and treasurer of Iron County’s 911 board of directors.
Jeff has been a resident of Iron County for 46 years. Growing up on the Black River near Annapolis MO, he graduated from South Iron High in Annapolis and started construction work right after graduation doing mostly concrete and carpentry work.
Jeff worked part time with Cheaney Appraisals from 1991 to 1993. He got his real estate license in 1993 and worked for Bowling Realty in Ironton MO until 1999 when he got his Brokers license and bought the company.
Jeff bought a United Country franchise in 2000 and has been doing business as United Country-Valley Real Estate since. They serve Iron, Reynolds, and surrounding counties.
Jeff specializes in timberland, farms, riverfront and recreational property but also sells homes in and out of town.
Jeff loves to be outdoors, hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, and showing property to buyers.
He is a member of the NRA and has been a member of the National Association of Realtors for 26 years.
Jeff still lives near Annapolis and has sold thousands of acres and hundreds of homes over the last 26 years. He is very familiar with the area, the land and current market values.
